SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Time to process orders is 2-10 days. Upon processing item take 2-7 day to be shipped and delivered.

 

ZELIA LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Customer will have to
contact the shipping company. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will
be responsible for paying the shipping cost.

 

We are currently not offering shipping outside of the USA.

ZELIA LABEL Currently does not provide return labels for returns and exchanges.

 

Exchanges must be done within 21 days of receiving your order. From the date of purchase you
have 21 days to request refund or exchange. Products must be unworn and unwashed with all
tags still attached, no later than 7 days after your receive them. If the 21 days grace period has
gone by we can no longer accepts your return or exchanges.

 

Exchanges can also only be made for a different size of the same item, not a complete different
item.

 

Email us and give us the order number and which clothes you’re returning, when we receive the
item. We will contact you, we can not refund shipping cost, if you have any question email our
support email.

 

Items denoted as final SALE are not eligible for return or exchanges, all sale items are FINAL
SALE.
